The Vendor Exposition will be Monday, October 27th, at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention Center, 2350 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, Mississippi 39531. This is a full day dedicated to our vendor community, with a showroom floor full of vendor booths, and a networking lunch for all. On this day, attendees visit the vendor displays with no classes, seminars, or other distractions scheduled. MAGPPA anticipates 300+ delegates from various Mississippi government entities (State, counties, municipalities, school districts, higher education, as well as many other public entities) and approximately 85 vendor booths.

All other conference activities will take place at the IP Casino Resort Spa, 850 Bayview Ave., Biloxi, Mississippi 39530.

The MAGPPA Golf Tournament will be held the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025 at The Oaks Golf Club in Pass Christian. The format will be shotgun scramble beginning at 9:00 AM CST. Participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the tournament start time. Team and team hole assignments will occur upon arrival. All team members must be present at tee time. Each team will progress through the course until they’ve played all holes, thus the entire course. Lunch will be provided after play has concluded (tournament end). On course drinks will be available.

Your golf registration includes greens fee, golf cart, tee gifts, a chance at prizes/certificates, and lunch.
