2025 MAGPPA Annual Conference & Vendor Exposition


MAGPPA cordially invites you to join us October 26-27, for the MAGPPA Conference & Vendor Exposition in the beautiful Mississippi coastal city of Biloxi!

 

The Vendor Exposition will be held on Monday, October 27th, at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention Center at 2350 Beach Blvd. This is a full day dedicated to our vendor community, with a showroom floor full of vendor booths, and a networking lunch for all. On this day, our attendees visit your displays with no classes, seminars, or other distractions scheduled. MAGPPA anticipates 300+ delegates from various Mississippi government entities (State, counties, municipalities, school districts, higher education, as well as many other public entities) and approximately 85+ vendor booths. So, register today and join us at the most anticipated MAGPPA event of the year!

 

All other conference activities will take place at the IP Casino Resort Spa, 850 Bayview Ave., Biloxi, Mississippi 39530.

Event breakdown for Exhibitors is as follows at the MS Gulf Coast Convention Center:

  1. Exhibitor (Vendor) set-up and registration or check-in is 1:00 – 5:00 PM CST on Sunday, October 26, 2025, and again 7:00 – 9:00 AM CST on Monday, October 27, 2025.
  2. If you have a vehicle, it must be in place at the Convention Center no later than 10:00 AM CST on Sunday, October 26th. 
  3. Exhibitors should arrive in sufficient time to drop off all booth materials, set up booths, and secure free parking prior to the beginning of the Expo.
  4. Opening Ceremony will occur between 9:00 – 9:30 AM CST on Monday, October 27, 2025.
  5. The Exhibit Floor will open to Attendees promptly following the Opening Ceremony.
  6. Exhibitors should have staff available at their tables from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM CST (the end of the event).
  7. Our networking lunch for Exhibitors and Attendee is from 12:00 – 1:00 PM CST.

For all who purchased a sponsorship that included an advertisement or who purchased an advertisement separately, please email your advertisement/design to showard@mdot.ms.gov with subject MAGPPA Conference Program Advertisement.  This email must be received by 5:00 PM CST on Friday, October 10, 2025, for inclusion in our Conference Program booklet. All submitted artwork must be high resolution, meaning in .pdf, .tiff, or .jpg format.

Sponsorships Opportunities


Enhance your presence at this event and make a lasting impression on conference attendees with our sponsorship opportunities. MAGPPA has various levels available as well as add-on opportunities. We have several levels available, and each includes a premiere or preferred exhibit location and your company logo on the home page of our website. 


Exhibitor fees for standard booths are only $750.00 for a 10' x 10' booth space and include a 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one name sign, and 2 lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets are available for purchase, if required.

 

Vendor registrations must be completed before 5:00 PM CST on Friday, October 17th.

Conference Program Booklet Advertisement Available for Purchase Separately from Sponsorships

The deadline for Ad submittal is COB on Friday, October 10, 2025. No cancellations nor refunds after this date.



In order to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone, please remember the following MAGPPA rules regarding the Vendor Expo:

  • Displays must fit within the assigned space.
  • “Suit casing” is not allowed. All Exhibitors must legitimately acquire booth space and must remain in that space to conduct business. Social interaction with other Exhibitors and Delegates, outside of the booth space is allowed as long as it does not disrupt the flow of traffic on the exhibit floor.
  • All displays, personnel, and activities are to be tasteful and appropriate for a business-casual environment. Fun and games are encouraged but must be appropriate for all audiences.
  • MAGPPA is a Chapter of NIGP – the National Institute for Public Procurement. As such, we adopt the NIGP Participant Cost of Conduct, as is applicable to our event(s).

2025 MAGPPA Conference Vendor Information (Q&A)

 

What is the theme of the conference? The theme for the conference is Re-Discovering MAGPPA’s Treasure! Help us celebrate MAGPPA by decorating your booth with your favorite pirate, nautical, and/or maritime theme. You can have games but be mindful of your booth size. Have fun with this theme!

 

When can I move in? If you have a vehicle, it needs to be in place at the Convention Center by 10:00 AM CST on Sunday, October 26th. Please see the attached sheet for detail requirements for vehicles. Move-in for all others will be Sunday, October 26th from 1:00-5:00 PM CST or Monday, October 27th from 7:00-8:00 AM CST. The trade show will commence following the Opening Ceremony at 9:00 AM CST, Monday, October 27th. The Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention Center requires all vendors to use the loading docks at the back of the building for unloading and loading. Vendors will be prohibited from entering through the lobby area during the vendor set-up and registration. Security will be provided overnight.

 

Who do I contact about carpet/electricity for my booth? Convention Display Services (CDS) will send you an exhibitor kit that will have information about any extras added to your booth. You will pay them directly for your extra added booth items.

 

Can I give away my own door prizes? We ask if you have door prizes to give away that MAGPPA be allowed to include them with other door prizes that have been donated.  Your company name and the prize will be announced before the winning ticket is pulled out and the winner announced. Door prizes will be given away at 3:00 PM CST.

 

What is the Best Booth Competition? MAGPPA has a best booth competition each year voted on by the members. The prize is ½ off a regular priced booth for next year’s conference. The Best Booth award will be announced during the door prize giveaway. The 2024 winner was Guarantee Restoration.

 

What are the hours of the show? The vendor show will open on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 9:00 AM CST to noon and again from 1:00- 3:00 PM CST. Lunch will be served from 12:00-1:00 PM CST during which the doors will be locked and security provided. Breakdown of your booth will begin at 3:00 PM CST.

 

What conference events can I attend? You are welcome to join us for the Social Reception on Monday night.

  
 Don't forget the MAGPPA Golf Tournament that will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM CST until at The Oaks Golf Club on 24384 Clubhouse Drive in Pass Christian. As the Golf Tournament is a separate, add-on experience (meaning it's a self-supporting event outside of the Annual Conference & Vendor Expo), it will require separate registration(s) and/or sponsorship(s) to cover all expenses.
