The business community is invited to attend the 15th Annual Reverse Trade Show (RTS) on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the Hinds Community College Clyde Muse Center in Pearl.
A RTS is an event that allows vendors, consultants, and suppliers the opportunity to meet with procurement professionals from various Mississippi governmental entities under one roof. The governmental entities or Buyers will be the 'Exhibitors' and the vendors will be the 'Attendees' walking around the trade show floor and talking to the public entities about the products and services they have to offer. The public entities will have an open dialogue with vendors regarding business opportunities, their entity needs, and tips for doing business with their entity. Afterall, the overall goal for this event is to equip our business community with the knowledge to compete for contracts with public entities in Mississippi.
This RTS is an event organized by MAGPPA to educate business owners and help make connections between our guests and the Mississippi public entities we invite to exhibit. It’s a great opportunity for public entities and the vendor community to come together and make the connections needed to meet the needs of both public procurement/property professionals and our business community at large. This annual event allows us to build on existing relationships and develop new relationships with those that serve the Great State of Mississippi, as both public employees and our vendor community.
The RTS can be an effective tool for public relations allowing Mississippi governmental procurement entities to highlight their mission and purpose to a large vendor audience. Member entities in attendance help bridge the gap between government entities and vendors by demystifying the "how to do business" with their particular entity; while Vendors learn "how to do business" with the various public entities represented!

Event breakdown for Attendees is as follows:
- Vendor registration is 8:30 AM – Noon CST.
- The RTS welcome and opening remarks will occur at 9:00 AM CST
- The exhibit or trade show floor is open 9:00 AM – 3:15 PM CST to Attendees.
- Educational sessions will be offered to the Attendees at appointed times.
- Our networking lunch for Exhibitors and Attendee is from 12:00 – 1:00 PM CST and is included with admission.

This email must be received by 5:00 PM CST on August 1, 2025 for inclusion in our RTS Program booklet.
