You're invited to participate in the Mississippi Association of Governmental Purchasing and Property Agents’ (MAGPPA) Annual Conference and Vendor Exposition in Biloxi, Mississippi, October 27-30, 2024.
The Vendor Expo will be held on Monday, October 28 - a day reserved just for our attendees to visit your displays - no classes or seminars scheduled!
This will be your best opportunity to meet with over 300 delegates employed by one of Mississippi’s governmental purchasing, property, and information technology agencies and showcase your products and services.

We have several levels available and each includes a FREE exhibit location and your company logo on the home page of our web site.
EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES
The Exhibit Hall at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention Center will be open on Monday, October 28th from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. You may begin setup at the Convention Center on Sunday, October 27th from 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.
This day is reserved exclusively for our exhibitors and sponsors - no classes or seminars are scheduled for this day!
Exhibitor fees for standard booths are only $750.00 for a 10' x 10' booth space and include a 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and one name sign.

PRINTING DEADLINE
In order to be included in printed materials, all ad files must be submitted by 12:00 PM Friday, October 11th.
Vendor registrations must be completed before 5:00 PM Friday, October 18th.
During your registration, you can choose to make a $25 or $50 donation toward the purchase of gift cards as prizes for our conference attendees. For those who elect to contribute, MAGPPA will purchase the cards on your behalf and acknowledge your generosity at the drawing. Please let us know if you plan to load your own cards or provide other gifts. We appreciate your generosity and consideration.

AT THE Oaks COUNTRY CLUB IN Pass Christian!- Sunday, October 27, 2024
A separate registration is required for the tournament.
